Yesterday, the 1st of November, Ikeja High Court ordered NDLEA to release Comedian Babatunde Omidina aka Baba Suwe if he doesn't excrete any drug by Friday, 4th of November. Justice Yetunde Idowu described Baba Suwe's detention as being against his Human Right. The comic-actor has spent approximately 3weeks in NDLEA's custody.
