Is this Picture Photoshopped?
This picture has been making the rounds and I have been forced to wonder if this is actually real or photoshop.The unknown Lady is apparently wearing a design similar to what Rihanna is wearing.There would'nt have been a problem with the outfit if her bosom was covered, or if she wore an inner sheath like Rihanna.
