It was a shameful exit after the D'Tigers of Nigeria's Men Basketball lost against the world champion Team USA. The game started at 10.15pm yesterday and ended in a very shameful way because Team USA used Team Nigeria to create a new Olympic record and also the biggest margin victory for a USA team with 83 points since the creation of Olympics
USA 153 - 73 NIGERIA was the scoreline.Lebron James and Kobe Bryant had the game of their lives
even to the extent of laughing at us from the bench. some Nigeria players like the Aminu brothers, Diogu, Oguchi and co did their very best, it was not still enough. I must say it was a very tough game for the Nigeria team to play against the world best but i thought some of these players said in our last post (HERE) they have played against and with the american team before. so how come we lost by 83points whereas Nine players in Nigeria's Team were american born.
What do you think went wrong? Most people would blame the Coach, NBF, Minister of Sport even the President Of the Nation self. Where is the Goodluck and Milo Beverage drink that promised to make us Champions. Our D'Tigers have been turned to D'kittens
