The Big Brother Africa winner Karen Igho took time from her busy schedule to visit the Abuja Children's Home. She is in support of the vaccination exercise against the killer Herpertitis B virus. Karen Igho was even shocked to learn that the Abuja orphanage home had watched her on Big Brother Africa!
