ABSU GANG RAPE: Victim Agreed To The Rape, She Didn't Fight Back. Police Says

According to Vanguard, J.G. Micloth, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Abia State Police command Criminal Investigation Department said they suspended investigations into the case because, the girl-victim consented to the rape, "He was quoted as saying that after watching the DVD, he said he did not see the young lady resist the rape".

For real? How could she have consented though it was very clear that she plead with them on occasions and in response they threatened her even more? How are you so sure she consented when it's uncertain if she was subdued in some way nor do we know if she had fought and been tortured for hours before the video started recording? Did she also consent to the video being distributed around the campus and online?


Even on Thursday, about 300 women began a protesting in Umuahia, Abia state and urged the government to conduct deeper investigation into rape case, but they were stopped by the Abia State police .
