D'Banj, Seun Kuti, and Wizkid Nominated for MOBO Award, UK

This year's nominees for the 2011 MOBO award has been released, and D'Banj, Seun Kuti, and Wizkid were nominated for Best Africa Act along with other African acts Liquideep, Cheikh Lo, Fatoumata Diawara, Owiny Sigoma Band, Smod, Spoek Mathambo and Viewux Farka Toure. Leading the nominees list are Jessie J, Adele and Tinnie Temper 

Jason Derulo is to co-host the show, while performance from BoysIIMen can be expected. The winners in each category will be picked by public voting.

The awards ceremony holds in Glasgow, Scotland on the 5th of October.
