Who Wore It Best???

 I'm guessing this outfit isn't meant for you and I but for certain people like Dencia and the lady above. When this photograph of Dencia emerged the men on twitter went crazy.

Now not only is the lady above wearing a similar outfit and hairstyle, she is also great competition for Dencia as they share very similar body structure. In your opinion who wore it best?
