SAD: Nigerians spotted carting fuel from the scene of another tanker accident

Barely a week after over a hundred people lost their lives in a fuel tanker explosion accident, this picture just surfaced and shows a horde of Nigerians scooping fuel from the scene of another overturned tanker carrying fuel.They look oblivious to the dangers and risks they put their lives in.

One is forced to wonder, is it lack of sufficient dissemination of information or is the economic situation of the nation pushing people to the limits,and making them care less about their safety?
