Wow!Azonto featured on BBC news!

After the Alanta dance was introduced by Nigerians, little did we know any other dance would match its popularity.Fast forward to a few years later, Azonto dance took over and is creating an international sensation.

This dance has put Ghana on the world map as is being danced on stages around the world, featured in popular music video's and have thousands of YouTube uploads dedicated to it. Nigerians have caught the craze as artistes such as Dbanj featured an Azonto dance in his Oliver Twist video and  BET Award nominee Wiz kid has a song titled Azonto Freestyle.

 To buttress the popularity of this dance, Azonto was featured on BBC news in this compelling video gives a deeper insight into the Azonto dance,the message behind it and why this dance has become Africa's favorite.
