information available to CS (Chizy’s spyware), one of Nigeria’s Afro hip-hop sensation
and controversial diva Maheedah has given her life to Christ. The “Oko yanpia”
crooner who released several lewd pictures and an explicit video (Inter-local) online
recently is now a changed being. Old things has passed away and behold a new Maheedah
who is warming up for a press conference to officially announce the
transformation, a new Maheedah that has changed her caller back ringtone from
her hit single “Oko yanpia” to “Amazing grace” among many other things.
Maheeda has every reason to embrace Christ ; orphaned at 14, pregnant at 16,became a house help to take care of
herself and her baby, she rose above her challenges and today she is Maheedah.
She has changed her mobile number and the new digits
according to source is only given to the “redeemed” or should I say fellow “born
agains”. The mother of one is now seen everywhere with her wedding ring adorning her finger. Also her

confirmed the story to be true and said even the artist is willing at every
opportunity to share the word of God with anyone ready to listen. The manager
also recalled what happened the day Maheedah told him of her new found love in Christ;
he said Maheedah pinged him and said I have something to tell you and it
depends on how you take it. Some people think it’s bad while some think it’s
good. After he (manager) urged her to continue she told him that she
has given her life to Christ and that all things are now new.
To further demonstrate her love for Christ she is ordering
the withdrawal of her materials from the media to be replaced soon with her new
Christian and inspirational materials. Naija Bad girl has she referred to herself is
known for her lecherous lyrics, provocative outfit and bewitching dance moves. She
has given all that all up for Christ.
Some people believe it’s just a publicity stunt and that she
will only ride on the publicity the news will avail her and continue with her
usual life. Well I want to share their sentiment but for now she has given up
on all that you know of her. So the next time you see her just say “it is well”
