Who says D'banj's absence from Nigeria means he hasn't been busy? The Nigerian star has been working hard to break into the international music scene especially since he hooked up with G.O.O.D Music last year. As well as being spotted around several top American stars, he has also been making headlines for other reasons.
A few months ago, D'banj featured in Kanye's short film shot mostly in Dubai, it features Kanye as well as the G.O.O.D Music crew. The 30 minutes short film titled 'Cruel Summer' premièred at Cannes Film Festival few days ago.

During his stay in the UK, he paid a surprise visit to London students at Plumstead Manor School. From the video below, you can tell that the students were excited to see him. He was even featured on ITV News, one of the most popular UK TV channels.
And while in London, he hooked up with rave of the moment, Davido who is less than a month away from his album release. Davido who recently released his 'Ekuro' video was spotted recording in the studio with D'banj. Could this collaboration be for a track on D'banj or Davido's album? Who knows.
