IK Osakioduwa, Eku Edewor In M-Net’s Forever Magic 25th Anniversary Campaign Shot

M-Net is known by its viewers for its iconic advertising campaigns, and they have just unveiled a new AD campaign to celebrate its 25th year anniversary.

The biggest stars from M-Net, were chosen to reflect the past as well as the future of M-Net. Nigeria’s Eku Edewor and IK Osakioduwa were among the 25 M-Net stars chosen to participate in the campaign which was shot at Johannesburg. Other stars who took part were Dineo Moeketsi, ProVerb, Elana Afrika and Lungile Radu.

I'm really loving the concept. Click READ MORE to see their profile

Stunning 53 Extra host, Eku Edewor, boasts an impressive resume, having successfully worked as a presenter, model, actress and producer.

Born and raised in Nigeria, the beautiful 23-year-old fashionista and New York Film Academy graduate has worked with numerous big name actors, artists, producers and writers. Representing ARISE Magazine, Edewor assisted at the glamorous Face of Africa gala event held in Lagos. She has also project managed various fashion exhibitions for ARISE during Fashion Week in New York and Paris. As a presenter, 2010 proved to be a bumper year for the in-demand host landing her some fantastic shows for celebrated brands. Most notably, she opened and closed the Big Brother Africa All Stars season as co-presenter, lent her face and voice to the Elite Model Look Nigeria 2010 campaign, and also hosted a charity dinner, held as a tribute to formidable African women for Nigeria’s 50th Celebrations. Landing a spot among the international star studded cast and crew of the 2009 Ian Dury biopic Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll was a highlight for Edewor, a rising star worth watching.

Charming and sexy, IK Osakioduwa is well known across the continent as host of the reality show Big Brother Africa.

This University of Lagos economics graduate began his broadcast career as the “Wild Child” on the Nigerian radio station Rhythm 93.7 FM, but it wasn’t long before the ever dynamic IK soon branched out into television as the presenter on M-Net’s flagship Afro-Chic lifestyle programme, Studio 53. Although IK has also presented two other M-Net productions, the Nigerian game show Temptation Nigeria and the stand-out stand-up series Comedy Club: Live In Lagos, he credits his role on Big Brother Africa as the opportunity that’s “done marvels for my career”. He says, “BBA was the first show I’d done of this magnitude, it was amazing to be in 40-million homes across Africa all at once. At first it’s super intimidating, but you get used to it before the end of the season,” he admits modestly, and now with three seasons under his belt, keeps coming back for more!
