Nigerian Rapper Ice Prince played a topliner performance at the closing ceremony of FESPAD Rwanda (a Pan African Dance Festival celebrating dance and the arts and promoting peace and unity on the African continent) with his posse which includes DJ Caise J Milla along with Jamaican 'dancehall king' Beenie Man
