RIHANNA DEFENDS CHRIS BROWN: "Chris Isn't The Monster Everyone Thinks He Is".

Rihanna has been in Hawaii celebrating her 25th birthday with her boo Chris Brown. Although, there has been the 'erroneous intention' that Chris is mean and bestial since his 2009 assault on RiRi, the Barbadian songstress defends him.

In a recent interview with Mirror Magazine, Rihanna defends her ex/ current boyfriend, and explains why she took him back after he was convicted of assaulting her after a pre-Grammy's party in 2009. 

"It's different now," she explains. "We don't have those types of arguments any more. We talk about [stuff]. We value each other."

When it's speculated that Chris doesn't exactly seem like he's changed, by losing his temper in public, Rihanna says:

"I know it comes off like that, And it doesn't help. For a long time he was really angry ... there's so many reasons why I ever reconsidered having him in my life. He's not the monster everyone thinks. He's a good person. He has a fantastic heart. He's giving and loving. And he's fun to be around. That's what I love about him - he always makes me laugh."

She's clearly forgiven Chris, and her dad has too - and she even reveals she wants babies. "Hell yeah, but I wish I could order them," she says. Yeah right... We birth babies RiRi, we don't buy them.

The interview was super-revealing, we learned fascinating stuff about the singer that just sums up her cuteness, like:


- The fact she can't drive, but she still owns two cars. Both presents from Jay Z, who's the head of her record label. She also gets regular presents from him including a bottle of cognac with a card. Awww.

- She's still mates with Katy Perry, despite rumours they'd fallen out. "Katy Perry can date anyone she wants," Rihanna says. "I could never give relationship advice to anybody!"

- She's so obsessed with an Italian restaurant in LA, she eats there three times a week, moved house to be closer to it and always eats the same thing: spaghetti with tomato sauce and fried calamari. Er, how is she so thin then?

- She tells the Observer she's afraid of ghosts.

- She wants to learn Italian

- She's still got her Christmas tree up. Come on Riri, it's February!

- She eats spicy cheese puff crisps by her pool, and talks to herself "when I'm high".
