Business mogul and President/CEO of Dangote Group Aliko Dangote was also left awe-stricken by the Super Eagles' victory at the semi-finals of the ongoing Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON).
The Billionaire Businessman forked out a wholesome N130 million on the Eagles for making it the AFCON finals after their 4-1 victory against the Malian football team.
According to Sports Minister Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi: "Dangote has always demonstrated commitment to government and people of Nigeria. We are happy over the gesture shown to the players and the coaching crew. It is an example for other well-meaning Nigerians to follow."

ReplyDeleteHe tried, but i think there are many people outside there that would have appreciated his kindness other than the Super Eagles. Alot of people are languishing in poverty and hunger here in Nigeria.
