“He is not the (Lionel) Messi or (Cristiano) Ronaldo of Nigeria" Yobo Tells Odemwingie

I'm sure football lovers heard about Osaze Odemwingie's disgust when he realised that he was not invited for the impending African Cup of Nations, he lashed out on twitter and was subsequently banned from the Super Eagles.

As well as lashing out at head coach Stephen Keshi and the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) via twitter he also indirectly insulted current Eagles captain, Joseph Yobo when he tweeted;

"This might sound disrespectful but eagles had no good captain for many years. Everyone looking only after himself."

Speaking to Brilla `FM Yobo replied;

“Osaze has been reckless, disrespectful to most people. He’s not a kid, he should grow up because we cannot continue to baby sit him. He is responsible for his problems ... This is not the first time he has been disrespectful. He is fighting all the coaches and at the World Cup he also disrespected me and he later apologised ... He is not the (Lionel) Messi or (Cristiano) Ronaldo of Nigeria. He should look himself in the mirror.”  

According to Osaze, he is only upset because

"Keshi and NFF couldn't tell me themselves. No personality … no ex eagles player was sent off from the team with respect ?"
