The rate at which Cancer cuts into our society is alarming, yet HIV/AIDS gets all the attention. According to research, it kills more people than HIV/AIDS. Nonetheless, the Kogi acress, Halima Abubakar is standing up against it, some months ago, she donated money to help a breast cancer patient, Debby Osarere.
Recently, she teamed up with Wow Diva organisation and shaved her hair to with the aim of promoting cancer awareness in Nigeria.
Other celebrities, including MI Abaga, Faze, Weird Mc, Yemi Blaq, Foluke Daramola & Mary Uranta supported this cause through Wow Diva by attending Zumbathon last Saturday, an event to create more cancer awareness.
