Congrats to Onyeka Nwanne who is a final year student of Madonna university, as she won the competition of Miss Plus Size beauty pageant 2012. She got a new Toyota car among other prizes, while the first and second runners-up got cash gifts of N1 million and N500, 000 respectively
Over 2000 beautiful ladies applied for the Miss Plus Size beauty pageant but just 18 out of the 2000 ladies made it to the finals. While the three finalists were also made ambassadors of Plus Size Women’s Health Foundation, and they will be working together on projects which include creating awareness for fibroid and infertility-related problems.
The judges at the event were headed by Qristyl frazier, a popular face at the Black Entertainment Television (BET), Nollywood’s finest, Aquila Njamah, actress Ifeoma Okeke and another American, Nicole Esperenza Zepeda.
