The 37years old Spice girls star goes topless in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine. Probably the aim of going topless is to promote a new breast cancer awareness to the public. Thats her husband Stephen Belafonte covering her breast with his hand.
I think the couple are trying to recreate Janet Jackson's iconic Rolling Stone cover in 1993, just like when Teyana Taylor did pay homage to Janet Jackson with topless cover in a new shoot
