I felt an iota of grief when I saw this video; i was pretty astounded about how blacks are treated abroad. There are definitely times when you feel you deserve certain things but it’s not coming as planned, because of sentimental attachments and skepticism from the outside world.
Sylvia Namutebi who has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School, was last years Miss Uganda, and in participation of the Miss World, she reveals her experiences at the event proper.

black women can start by embracing and loving the Hair, skin, and features God gave them. No one can take you seriously when your constantly mimicking Eurocentrism(you will also be fighting to look/be something you can never be). No one will respect you til you respect yourself.
