Police Academy actor Bubba Smith was found dead at his home in Los Angeles, but the circumstances nor the cause of death is clear at the moment, but a Police spokesman, Richard French said the death did not appear to be suspicious.
Bubba Smith, a former American football star spent five seasons with the Baltimore Colts and two seasons each with Oakland and Houston, but the 6ft 7in player found a second career as an actor and was best known for his role as softly-spoken police officer Moses Hightower in the Police Academy films.
