Singer Slam quits music for job at Lagos-based PR firm

Slam was a member of pop group Oxygen which included Paul IK Dairo, B-Swave and the deceased Tony Tonero. He was signed to Kennis music, and schooled and performed in England, where he lived for many years, before finally returning home.

Following his return back to Nigeria a few years back to pick up his music career where he left it, things didn't go as he hoped and according to TheNetng the singer-songwriter has taken up employment in a Lagos-based PR firm, Synthesis Communications as a Business Development/Market Strategy executive, with his name and office listed on their official website which describes his role as
‘Ensures 360 marketing strategy and innovations, Co-ordinates brand management activations co-ordinates business trend analysis and market survey. Brief CV: B.Eng. Petrochemical Engineering, MBA (Marketing–Stratford, UK) CCNA (Computer Certification). Over 4 Years experience.’
