The Plateau State Government has banned females from wearing trousers at the state secretariat and other government offices, hence ladies in trousers who come in for business transactions are usually turned back. This has been the case for almost a year now, and they argue it is a campaign against indecent dressing, yet, even ladies in business like trouser suites are also sent away from the premises.
