A cyclist losses his legs after refusing to pay N1,000 to police

The motorcyclist was stopped by a set of policemen because his passenger was not wearing a helmet, hence they struggled to get his keys off him while demanding N1,000 from him. While this was ongoing, the container truck which was descending from the bridge lost control and veered towards the motorcyclist, while the passengerescaped harm, the container fell off the truck and crushed the cyclists' legs
