Dance Hall Act Duncan Mighty, who not long ago acquired a new $300k Rolls Royce Phantom, has finally completed his multimillion Naira edifice in PH.

The building is called PH 1st Court, which was initially thought to be his home but his manager has confirmed it that it is for office use. The building is located at Ebony junction, Rumuola, Port Harcourt and will be officially opened in March.

Playbuoy's "Fame Caught Me" Video Drops In Grand Style

Fast rising Hip-Hop Messiah, Michael Chima Kallys a.k.a Playbuoy of Playtown who’s arguably one of the hottest MC’s to brace out of the industry in recent times, drops the video of his smashing hit singles "Fame Caught Me". The Video has been enjoying and rocking airwaves all over TV's and Blogs. 

 The singles which is part of the “Welcome To Playtown” Album that hit various shelves last December. The audio was produced by Tekneek from Zimbabwe. Mixed and mastered by T-Frizzle. It was recorded at Playtown Studios.

The video was directed by the prolific DJ Tee who also appeared in the Video.

P-Square To Collaborates With Usher On New Singles

 

It has been argued extensively by many, the seeming similarities between Peter and Paul Okoye aka P-Square and Usher Raymond the International R&B star, their looks and dance routines to mention a few. P-Square is set to release a new single which would feature Usher, made possible by Akon's record label Konvict Muziq.

Akon, record producer and singer recently signed Nigerian artistes: Wiz Kid, Tuface and P-square as representatives of his record label Konvict Muzik in Africa. He revealed this in December 2011 in Lagos at the unveiling of Citron energy drink which took place in footballer JayJay Okocha's club 10. They join international artistes; Brick and Lace,T-Pain and Lady Gaga in the Konvict family.

Other details and cost of the Usher collaboration with P-Square would hit the media soon..

Adaure Achumba Leaves STV

After three years of working with STV, the beautiful presenter Adaure Achumba is moving on to E.TV, the South Africa’s first 24 hours news channel which airs on DSTV Channel 403. She relates the day to day happenings in the entire country especially Lagos and Abuja to the channel as she is the official correspondent in Nigeria.

Whilst at STV, Adaure served the role of Anchor, News Reporter and Producer. She was responsible for two shows, co-anchoring the breakfast show “Today on STV“  as well as “HotLens” which took a look at issues affecting society from the perspective of individuals, families and communities.

Actress Omotola Jalade gave 20 widows a beauty makeover in memory of her mum (who died 10years ago). The ladies went through beauty routines eg facial and body massage, total body makeover (facial, hairstyle, costume, etc) by some professionals after which top celebrity photographers were on the wait to give them a nice photo-shoot session following their sponsored shopping extravaganza. The widows were showered gifts at the main event held in Lekki, where they were given bags of rice, kitchen utensils and many other gifts.

In Omotola's words,

“This is something I wish or someone had done for my mother. If you give these women money, they would spend it on their kids ... when my mother was alive, I didn’t know I was going to loose her so soon. This is one thing I would have loved to do for my mum who was a widow for 10 years. It was lovely and fulfilling to see this happen,”

Taking a first glance at this poster, you might think Nigerian movie producers have finally decided to start making horror movies, but 'My Life, My Damage' deals with the consequences of drug abuse and HIV/AIDS. A young lady who lives a reckless life abroad as a drug addict is given a rude shock when she discovers that she’s HIV positive and now has to seek redemption for herself.

It is the second part of the The Damage Movie Series, and is a collection of three distinct but interwoven stories (Damage, My Life My Damage, and My Country Their Damage) produced by Moses Inwang partnering with Uche Jumbo Studio 

This movie is a must watch because each story addresses issues affecting Individuals, Families and the Society at large. The movie stars Tonto Dikeh, Bukky Wright, H Thomas and Danny Palmer to name a few and was Directed by Moses Inwang.
